Summary:
Barsys, a leading innovator in cocktail crafting technology, is seeking a Facebook and Google Ads Specialist for our office in Delhi, India. The role involves managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads with a focus on maintaining high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital advertising, with a strong emphasis on Facebook and Google Ads platforms, and a track record of achieving excellent campaign results.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with Barsys' marketing goals and optimal effectiveness.
- Budget Allocation and Management: Efficiently allocate and monitor the advertising budget across Facebook and Google Ads, striving for maximum efficiency and optimal ROAS.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to continually improve campaign results.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective campaign elements including creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Audience Targeting: Implement precise targeting strategies to effectively reach and engage with the intended audience segments.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a unified approach to digital advertising that complements broader marketing initiatives.
- Market Trends Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Facebook and Google advertising to consistently enhance campaign performance.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure all campaigns comply with the policies and guidelines of the advertising platforms. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ROI-driven campaign management.
Proficiency in analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
