Business Development Manager and Sales Associate

The initial gross monthly salary will be $850.00
In addition to the base salary, with a commission bonus up on successfully completing the 3-month probationary period. The commission rates for closed accounts are as follows:
● $20.00 for every part-time VA account closed.
● $25.00 for every full-time VA account closed.

Shifting Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm (PDT) (Manila Time: Tuesday to Saturday, 1
am - 9 am).

Must have: Sales presentation skills, C2 communication
● with Sales and Business Development Knowledge
● Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, research and networking.
● Create effective client presentations, sales materials and social media campaigns.
●Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Select
Virtual client base.
● Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction
and continued business.
● Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and coordinate with the CEO and/or Select Virtual
core team, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
● Provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team.
● Create weekly blog posts or articles related to virtual assistants and other related topics
for our website.
● Stay updated on real estate virtual assistant industry trends, competitor activities, and
market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
● Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and
professional development opportunities.
