We build Stakeholder Relationship Management SAAS solutions called Darzin and Simply Stakeholders. They're a little like a CRM but with more of a focus on analyzing the interactions for sentiment, issues tracking and more.

Governments and businesses use our software to manage shared contact lists, and track all interactions with them. Conversations and feedback from various channels can be automatically pulled into the system or manually entered. Qualitative analysis of the feedback, as well as Artificial Intelligence and machine learning driven analytics measures the sentiment of those interactions, tracks issues, and allows for faster and more effective issues management.
