STFX is an onchain protocol designed to facilitate Social Trading & Automated Investment Opportunities, utilizing unique gamification elements and providing an immersive trading experience for all styles of traders.
We are looking for self-starters and mission driven individuals to join us as we build the future of decentralized finance. The ideal candidate for this role takes initiative and ownership over their work, thrives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative in-person environment, and is capable of rapidly adapting to evolving needs as required.
The Head of Marketing and Partnerships, will lead efforts to establish mutually beneficial relationships with other projects in the crypto industry and other marketing related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business development and partnership opportunities. Lead strategy direction-, develop integration proposals with emerging ecosystems/applications where mutual value can be exchanged-, and find ways to deliver novel utility to existing integrated partners.
- Manage co-marketing and co-branding activities with integrated partners to build community awareness: media events, twitter spaces, livestream discussions, AMAs ect.
- Strategize internally with engineering and product divisions on ways to enhance partnerships via new STFX product offerings.
- Identify and implement grassroots marketing strategies to drive platform growth. Ideate current growth hacks and supplement them with external marketing efforts to compound virality and ensure maximum product distribution.
- Analyze and track campaign activity, optimizing approach based on accumulated data.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure implementation of marketing campaign resources.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years working in a marketing/growth adjacent role within the crypto industry
- A verifiable track record helping scale web3 startup(s)
- Ability to negotiate and close long cycle BD partnerships with prominent ecosystem partners
- Superb communication and presentation skills. Ability to distill complex ideas and communicate them in a concise, digestible manner
- Relevant personal network of leaders, founders and influencers within the crypto ecosystem
- A working technical knowledge of blockchain architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or marketing adjacent field
- Prominent social presence and/or public notoriety in the crypto space is a plus
