Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology strategy and oversee the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Expertise in leveraging advanced AI technologies, including OpenAI models, LLMs (such as LAAMA2), and Huggingface Models, for innovative product development.
• Drive the adoption and integration of our comprehensive tech stack, including React, Redux, TypeScript, Webpack, CKEditor, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and GitLab.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agility within the technology team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic alignment and effective product delivery.
• Oversee the security, performance, and reliability of software infrastructure, ensuring robust AI model integration and deployment.
• Champion the development of AI-driven solutions to enhance product management processes and documentation efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
• Proficiency in the aforementioned tech stack and modern software development practices.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from IITs/NITs.
• Proven experience in strategizing and implementing large-scale software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience in AI-driven product development and management.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
