Title: Co-Founder, Business Development - Microgreens Venture

Location: Germany, Frankfurt am main (preffered)

Equity: 5% - 20% (No initial salary)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to lead our Business Development efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our company, building partnerships, and driving growth. Initially, this position will not offer a salary, but the right candidate will be compensated with equity ownership in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to promote company growth.
Establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
Lead marketing and sales initiatives to increase brand awareness and revenue.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Requirements:

Fluency in English and German.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
A self-starter attitude, comfortable with the ambiguities and demands of a startup environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
