Who The Flip Is Flip?
Ever have a bad experience calling customer service? We're changing that!
Flip replaces old customer service phone robots with a modern "Alexa"-like voice AI experience for 200+ of the best companies on the planet in eCommerce, Healthcare, and Transportation (more coming soon!). We talk to millions of people every week, and have helped 200M+ callers so far.
FYI: those "tech layoffs" you see in the news aren't happening here! Flip is a profitable, fast-growing 25-person startup, and we're raising a Series A in 2024 to follow up on our $6.5M Seed.
What You’ll Do
We're a small highly dedicated group of #Pirates&Romantics (see Jason Lemkin if you don't know!).
In this role, you'll be selling ever-important early adopters of the Flip product, managed directly by our Co-Founder & CRO Sam, and working collaboratively with the leadership/CS/product/engineering teams. Our customers are retail brands, and we sell an AI customer service product -- it's your job to represent our brand such that they trust us to represent theirs.
Compensation: Nominal base salary + no cap commission
