Job Description:

Overview:
As the VP of Sales & BD at LinqHaul, you will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for developing and executing revenue-generating strategies that will drive the company's growth in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling up startups, extensive experience in handling global markets, and a strong background in designing and leading Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement revenue growth strategies that align with the company's business objectives and vision, driving revenue expansion both domestically and internationally.

  2. Global Market Expansion: Lead efforts to identify and enter new global markets, establishing a strong presence while adapting strategies to local market dynamics.

  3. Go-to-Market Leadership: Design and lead the Go-to-Market strategy, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth.

  4. Scaling Startups: Leverage previous experience to facilitate rapid scaling of the company, managing the evolution from a startup to a mature organization while ensuring a culture of innovation and agility.

  5. Revenue Team Management: Build, develop, and lead a high-performance revenue team, including sales, marketing, and business development, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  6. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue generation efforts, regularly reporting progress to the executive team and the board.

  7. Customer and Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and market conditions, using this information to adjust strategies and product offerings accordingly.

  8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure cross-functional alignment and seamless execution of revenue strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in scaling startups, particularly in the technology sector.
  3. A strong track record of success in handling global markets and expanding into new regions.
  4. Extensive experience in designing and leading Go-to-Market strategies.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing revenue team.
  6. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.
