Fullstack Developer

Role Description

• We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend and Backend development to contribute to the creation and enhancement of various tech products for the Real Estate Industry.
• As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end software development process, including frontend and backend development, testing, bug fixing, and deployment.
• You will work with the latest technologies and frameworks, focusing on writing clean, efficient, and scalable code. Your expertise will be crucial in exploring and adopting best practices for continuous improvement of application quality, and ensuring your designs align with established architectural practices.
• This is a Onsite full-time role. Please do not apply if you cannot relocate to Mumbai
• Important Note: Degree in computer science / IT is a must (B.Tech - CSE, IT, MCA, etc). Candidate should not have a gap of more than 3 months in their resume since graduation. For freshers, combined internship experience of at least 6 months in software / data engineering is must (projects wil not be counted towards experience)

What are we looking for in the candidate?

• Hands on experience in writing production quality code for * Frontend: ReactJS or VueJS or Gatsby or NextJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Backend: NodeJS, Python, Java, Firebase * Web Framework: ExpressJS or Django
• Deep understanding of state management via hooks / Redux.
• Experience in designing and developing REST API. Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience in working with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL MongoDB. Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Capable debugging performance issues and doing optimization for frontend and backend systems.
• Capability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Working experience with cloud services like GCP, AWS , Azure is a plus.
• Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work cohesively in teams.

• Convert user stories, wireframes & prototypes into webpages / PWA / app
• Maintain codebase with enough flexibility to allow swift changes in design changes in future
• Code user interactions & animations
• Contribute in strategic decisions of code architecture, tech stack selection, etc.
• Developing frontend and backend systems that represent and support business processes and user stories
• Develop a highly scalable system which can handle the customer requests
• Build and train the junior developers' team
• Contribute to sprint planning
