Electronics and Electricals Engineer

At Meen Motors, we are building an electric car for the city and we're currently designing our very first model. While the mechanical bits are ongoing, we are looking to hire an electronics engineer with at least 3 years experience working in the field.

The minimum requirements for this full time role are:

• should have worked with Arduino and Raspberry pi based boards
• should have worked with servos and worked with controller boards/Arduino to program them
• should have worked with microcontrollers
• basics of C and Python programming
• circuit design and electronics principles
• should have worked with display modules, preferably LCD, OLED, or TFT displays
• should have worked with a varied set of sensors
• should have knowledge of communicating with vendors

Nice to have and would be a major plus but not absolutely necessary for the role

• knowledge of working with high power motors, pumps
• knowledge of working with Lithium based batteries and BMS
• knowledge of working with solar panels and solar controllers
• knowledge of working with esim/wifi/Bluetooth modules

Our company structure is not meant to be a corporate structure. We do have specific roles and positions but this is only to ensure everyone has a clear objective of work. When we work, there is no hierarchy, no office politics, and no nonsense.

We are extremely passionate about what we're building and the automobile industry is challenging enough on its own to keep us busy. We are looking for someone who can match our fire.

This position would be semi-remote. This means that you can work from home but may be expected to visit our warehouse in Bangalore from time to time especially when integrating the electronic components into the vehicle. We may make an exception if you're highly experienced/skilled and do not live in Bangalore or India. Since it's semi-remote, one of the highly values skills would be communication skills.
