Who You Are
As a Sales Development Representative at Numeral, you'll play an instrumental role in driving new business for our revolutionary accounting automation solution. You'll leverage your skills to identify potential customers, engage with prospects, and drive pipeline for our company. If you're a motivated, results-driven individual looking to make an impact in a fast-growing tech startup, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales development role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of achieving pipeline and opportunity quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Uncommon grit with an antifragile mindset embracing failure and rejection.
- Experience using CRM software (like Hubspot) and sales automation tools (like Apollo.io).
Responsibilities
- Book meetings with prospects through every channel (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc) and take an active role in facilitating the next step in the sales process.
- Compose and send targeted email campaigns to a large number of prospects as well as highly targeted personalized emails to high-priority individuals.
- Work on various projects with colleagues at all levels in an atmosphere of teamwork and open communication.
- Take part in continuous training sessions with your manager and team members to hone sales and communication skills.
