1. Understands how backend technologies works and positions self on building on top of it
2. Have a knack for product and understands the vision and objective that product will solve
3. Tech Expertise + Super Coder = Escape Velocity (While we go 100X from 60k users to 6 Mn users and beyond).
4. You take ownership and drives thing with high energy and passion towards what you are building.
5. You have had some hands-on experience with AI related projects and tools around it

What You Will Be Doing

1. Proposing and conducting experiments with generative AI to enhance engineering processes, including problem decomposition, solution design, code generation, and advanced troubleshooting.

2. Documenting best practices and techniques in playbooks and guides that enable others to harness the power of generative AI effectively.

3. Using these AI tools and techniques to develop and ship actual features and products.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Plain-old regular development work.

5. Familiarity with AWS Lambda function or others functional services would be a plus.
