About the role:
Prismatic is looking for a driven and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fully remote and growing Sales team. SDRs are key to our product adoption and company growth. In this role, you will build a pipeline of qualified business leads through cold outreach channels and work closely with your Account Executive (AE) team counterparts. You will also have the chance to collaborate with the Solutions Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success teams to learn more about product, positioning and messaging in the Embedded iPaaS space.
The SDR team reaches out to potential customers to introduce them to the value that Prismatic could bring to their business and sets up meetings. This team initiates substantial transformations for our customers, leading to promotions and profits for customers who adopt Prismatic.
What you will do:
- Kick-off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying future customers
- Write tailored messaging and outreach to qualified prospects, educating on Prismatic's value
- Set and book qualified meetings for AEs through qualifying inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Work closely with AEs on targeting priority companies and logos
- Collaborate with your peers by building relationships and help guide those around you
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
- Oversee and achieve team goals and metrics while upholding best practices
- Continuously improve through feedback
About you:
- Have 1+ year of experience as an SDR or other similar relevant position in a B2B SaaS company
- Driven and motivated by quota
- Prior history of success and career progression
- Like working in a competitive environment where results matter
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot or similar tools
- Are comfortable and effective working as part of a fully remote team
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Experience in a startup environment

- Previous sales development/business development work for a technical, dev-focused product
Pay range:
- The pay range for this role is $100,000 OTE. $60,000 base, $40,000 variable.
- There is no equity associated with this role.
