Co-founder

The Co-Founder will be responsible for working alongside the founding team to establish the company's goals, strategy, and culture. This role is strategic and operational, requiring a deep understanding of business management, strategy, and operations consulting, as well as a track record of leadership and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

Strategic planning: Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
Operational oversight: Manage and lead company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
Business development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, create customer value propositions, and build strategic partnerships.
Team building: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment.
Client engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and manage key client engagements.
Brand development: Play a critical role in establishing the brand identity and enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
