Your Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant at Viva, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive support to startup executives in the US, including C-level professionals. Your primary goal is to enhance the efficiency and success of startup leaders in a growing company.
This includes areas like:
- Calendar & email management
- Travel & expense management
- Meeting & presentation support
- Team engagement & event planning
- *Operations (Document and improvement management) *

What We're Looking For:
- Completed University degree and/or at least two years of equivalent work experience.
- Stable candidates with a desire for a long-term position.
- Excellent communication skills (C1 proficiency in English).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; ability to learn new tools (Slack, etc.).
- Customer or client service experience is a plus.
- Experience working with North American professionals is a plus.
