Job Description:
As a Field Sales Expert specializing in service provider onboarding, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding service providers such as electricians, plumbers, and various other categories. Your primary goal will be to build a robust network of reliable and qualified service providers to meet the needs of our customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our service offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential service providers in various categories, including but not limited to electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, painters, carpenters, and more.
Conduct market research to understand the demand for specific services in different geographical areas.
Build and maintain relationships with service providers, ensuring effective communication and understanding of our platform's value proposition.
Present our company's services and benefits to potential service providers, highlighting the advantages of joining our network.
Negotiate contractual terms and agreements with service providers, including pricing, quality standards, and service level expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration of service providers into our platform.
Conduct training sessions and provide necessary resources to service providers to ensure they understand our processes, tools, and quality standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting service providers, aiming to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar role focused on service provider onboarding or B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of the local service provider market and understanding of various categories such as electricians, plumbers, and others.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with service providers, understand their needs, and convey the benefits of our platform.
Negotiation and persuasion skills to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with service providers.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Ability to analyze market data and identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet service providers and attend industry events.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
