Outreach and Communication: Independently reach out to potential partners via email, phone calls, and social media platforms to introduce our company and partnership opportunities. Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of partnering with us.
Partner Onboarding: Take the lead in guiding potential partners through the onboarding process. Provide necessary documentation, contracts, and partner agreements. Ensure partners have a clear understanding of our program, requirements, and expectations.
Relationship Building: Proactively foster and nurture relationships with partners through regular communication. Address any questions or concerns and provide ongoing support to help partners succeed in their partnership with our company.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to onboard partners independently. Identify innovative approaches and tactics to engage potential partners and overcome challenges.
Sales Reporting: Track partner onboarding progress and maintain accurate records of partner interactions. Provide regular updates on partner acquisition metrics, challenges, and successes to the sales team and management.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in our product or service offerings. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques, partner management skills, and overall sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Recent graduates may also be considered.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications related to sales and communication.
Note: Given the independent nature of this role, a higher level of experience or expertise may be required.
