This is a full-time on-site role for Assessment Experts at Smartail in Chennai. Assessment experts will be responsible for providing feedback, creating educational materials, and communicating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities :

• Stay up to date with product and features.
• Internal External team collaboration.
• Subject Oriented product contribution.
• Report Making (Mail/Presentation, etc)

Required Skills :

• Specialized Subject Proficiency.
• Excellent Communication in English
• Team Work Flexibility
• Computer Proficiency (MS Office)

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Assessment, and Education expertise
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training and Education
• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Knowledge of AI-powered assessment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Commerce, Economics, Sociology & Psychology
