Responsibilities:

• defining and designing user-facing experiences, implementing high-quality, modern
• build intuitive, cohesive-centric designs
• conducting user research and usability testing, identifying pain points and user needs
• closely collaborate with data engineering, data science, product management and business teams to get alignment on product vision and product direction
• follow design best practices and maintain design systems to ensure scalability

Requirements:

• experience creating product designs for crypto native or fintech companies
• proficiency with building designs for data analytics companies highly preferred
• experience working with early stage startups
• highly autonomous, resourceful, strong communicator and collaborator
• ability to do rapid prototyping
• proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
• BA Degree from top US colleges in digital arts, media and similar
