Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager with a passion for innovation and strong desire to be at the forefront of digitizing commercial equipment sales.

This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including leadership, engineering, design, and UX, to develop strategic plans and execute product launches that meet the nuanced needs of our users. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and define new features and capabilities to address the specific needs of commercial equipment dealers and their stakeholders.
  • Clearly define product requirements and communicate these across teams.
  • Draft user requirements based on direct customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Operations teams to develop products that streamline transactions for commercial equipment sales.
  • Lead Agile Stand-ups/Scrums with teams spread across different geographies.
  • Coordinate product/feature launches with the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to guide current and future product development strategies.
  • Monitor product usage, gathering insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate project review meetings and daily development standups.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing to ensure product deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans that resonate with the commercial equipment industry.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong preference for experience in the consumer auto SaaS platform space.
  • Prior experience as a Product Leader in B2B, specifically within the CRM or ERP or related products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams across different locations.
  • Solid understanding of the auto, powerports or commercial equipment industry, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of delivering software product features in an agile team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with various agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Comfortable engaging with customers to discuss product-centric issues.
  • Capable of working independently while juggling multiple projects.
  • Quick to learn about new industry sectors and technologies.

Experience:

Strong preference for candidates with prior consumer auto or equipment dealership experience.
In the absence of dealership experience, prior lending or CRM workflow product or analyst experience is required.
