E-Commerce Assistant

The E-Commerce Assistant will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to support daily website tasks and contribute to marketing-related efforts. With our fast-growing environment and high-energy culture, this position will also enjoy plenty of growth opportunities as well as the opportunity to greatly impact the overall Bandolier consumer experience.

This is a hybrid in and out of office position as we work both virtually and in-person throughout each week. Our headquarters are located in Beverly HIlls, California.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the E-Commerce team in administrative duties and special projects relating to DTC sales, social media, design, photoshoots, and marketing.

  • Organize and manage all digital assets company-wide.

  • Oversee the digital content lifecycle for product and still life imagery.

  • Manage detailed product descriptions and SEO content on the site.

  • Work closely with Design/Production team in preparing/assisting for photoshoot, styling, creating photoshoot lookbook, organizing/updating style rack and managing accuracy of sample inventory

  • Manage incoming PR client requests

  • Provide support for PR client events, activations, and partnerships (including seasonal product/collection launches, desk sides, and interviews)

What You’ll Need:

  • Deep working knowledge of Shopify (Plus), DropBox, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be passionate about your work and take pride in everything you do

  • Experience in Ecommerce using Shopify or similar Ecommerce platform is a plus

  • Must be Los Angeles based

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, advertising, etc.)

  • Interest in fashion/tech
