Sr. Manager / Director - Finance

• Develop clear understand of key business drivers, analyse key financials metrics, provide value add analysis.
• Cash flow management, budget forecasting and assist with financial planning.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, investor reporting packages and audited financial statements. Prepare and maintain the investor ready data room for due diligence purposes.
• Research and monitor changes in the accounting framework and produce reports on findings and the expected impact to the business.
• Generate insights into business performance to help drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-based decision.
• Continuously monitor business performance, act and develop recommendations for improvements.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, internal financial controls and procedures for the Company.
• Proactively refine and implement processes, internal controls and compliance to adapt to our rapidly growing business
• Liasioning with statutory, tax and internal auditors for timely completion of audits and coordinate as a facilitator to ensure audits are closed as per defined timelines and compliances.
• Lead on taxation matters, including TDS, GST and Income Tax.
• Store and manage statutory records of the company to ensure compliance with tax matters
• Lead/Participate/Drive standardization & automation projects for process efficiency.
• Maintain the company’s corporate documents including the register of members and directors.
• Effective leader with distinguished skills I training & motivating a workforce for accomplishing greater operational efficiency and less turnaround time to situations.

You should excel in this role, if you have:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience of 7-10 years, preferably in the fintech industry.
  
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general industry patterns.
• Working knowledge of accounting software Tally 9 ERP & Zoho.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in team handling.
