What You Will Do:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services. The Technical Writer will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other technical teams to create user guides, manuals, technical specifications, release notes, and other documentation that is clear, concise, and accurate.

• Collaborate with technical teams to gather and organize information for technical documents.
• Develop and maintain product documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, clear, and consistent with company standards.
• Edit and proof-read technical documents to ensure that they are error free and adhere to established guidelines.
• Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and other tools to improve documentation quality and efficiency.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure that technical information is presented in a way that is easy for users to understand.
• Review and revise existing documentation to ensure that it remains up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation meets user needs and business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

What We Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Technical Writing, English or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio of relevant work samples.
• A must to have insurance domain knowledge and a plus if worked as a technical writer in insurance
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and content management systems.
• Familiarity with code-based documentation systems is preferred. Some understanding of technology is necessary to be able to work with these systems effectively.
• English proficiency is a must, prefer English native speaker
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
