About the job
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary assistance in the designated tasks.
Responsibilities
Calendar management for executives
Hungry and Passionate Executioners
Execution Mindset and track record of execution counts and nothing else
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Coordination with the concerned personnel to accomplish the tasks effectively
Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales leads through subscribed databases, publicly available sources
Schedule and conduct qualification calls for prospects in a clear and compelling way with a high level of passion for our solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets such as the number of demos scheduled, qualified opportunities, weekly activities, and appointment setting.
Acquire research and further contact information where needed
Manage leads and develop strong relationships
Communicate regularly with colleagues, management, and potential prospects
Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with them
Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline

Candidate must be primarily self-driven, with the ambition to effect industry-wide impact through the implementation of our product
The candidate must be aligned with the company’s vision and work culture
B2B/B2C experience in selling over the phone and through strategic emailing.
Strong research skills
Proficiency with MIS platforms (especially an CRM like HubSpot/ Zoho)
IT service/ Solutions Selling experience
Female Candidates with experience in the education industry and based out of Pune will be preferred
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
