Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Founder (Growth) to join our team and help us grow our platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media, influencer partnerships, and events, as well as a deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the founding team to shape and execute the company's vision and strategy
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract creators and companies to our platform
Manage social media channels and develop engaging content to promote our platform
Identify and engage with influencers and key figures in the industry to promote the use of NFTs for memberships
Plan and execute events to promote the platform and build community among our users
Provide strategic guidance and support to the product team to continuously improve the platform based on user feedback and industry trends
Help shape the company culture and build a strong team of professionals who are passionate about the mission and vision of the company

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or related field, with a strong focus on the web3 ecosystem
Proven track record of managing social media, influencer partnerships, and events
Strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem and how it relates to the creator and company industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the ecosystem
Passionate about the mission and vision of Etcheve, and excited about the potential of NFTs for memberships
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
