As a Rockstar - Founder's Office, you will work directly with the founders and core management to solve key business problems, optimize various processes, and drive growth. You will conduct customer development conversations, carry out market and industry research, and iterate on product-value propositions with live customers to arrive at product-market fit. You will also help manage investors and build business partnerships that can unlock growth opportunities.

Key Requirements-

• A Master's degree in business, marketing, or finance.
• At least 2-3 years of startup experience.
• A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work hard, play hard, and get things done.
