Position Overview
Voicera is on the lookout for an energetic and purpose-driven Chief Revenue to lead our revenue growth, aligning it with a PLG mode for full-funnel optimization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced sales leader to shape every facet of our growth strategy, from planning to hands-on execution. Our unique compensation package includes founders shares: a % of equity in our company, offering you a stake in our vision. The % depends on your role, experience and performance. It ranges from 2% to 4%, vesting over 4 years for a full time role.
None of the leadership is taking a salary until we lift off and we expect the same from you. No guts no glory!
We ask for a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. Furthermore, upon the anticipated closing of our fundraising round within the next 6-8 months or when our sales generate sufficient cash flow, you can expect not only revenue share but also a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue generation strategy, focused on value proposition for specific market segments, while aligning with a PLG-driven website and generating qualified leads for the Sales team that you will build, manage and mentor.
• Drive lead generation through campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and viral strategies, tapping into innovative channels to maximize growth, constantly measuring to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize data analysis to inform growth strategies, constantly identifying opportunities for improvement and adaptation.
• Implement data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue generation performance, adjust strategies for continuous improvement, and report to the management team.
• Build and lead a growth-focused team, instilling a culture of innovation, collaboration, and rapid experimentation.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand reach, create new acquisition channels, and amplify growth efforts.
• Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to refine and improve growth strategies.
• Align growth strategies with Voicera's commitment to ethics, privacy, and social impact, ensuring that growth is not at the expense of user trust.

Qualifications
• Extensive experience in leading growth revenue teams or functions, with a track record of successful growth in a startup or tech company.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and decision-making, using data to inform and refine growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of lead generation and user acquisition strategies.
• Experience with conversion optimization, including A/B testing and improving user journeys.
• The ability to develop and execute a holistic revenue growth strategy while being open to experimentation and adaptation.
• A passion for staying on the cutting edge of growth trends and embracing new, creative channels for user acquisition.
• A collaborative and adaptable leader who fosters a culture of teamwork and innovation.
• A willingness to get hands-on and lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, recognizing that the startup environment demands agility and commitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
