SAP Manager

*We are looking for SAP Manager for Manufacturing Industry *

Role: SAP B1 Manager
Position Title: Manager – SAP

Location: Delhi
Reporting to: CIO
Direct Reports: Vendor Support Executive

*JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES *

SAP System Management

Maintenance of the SAP landscape to ensure highest uptime and availability
Create/management of UDFs
Manage approval workflows
Routine backups
Provide L1 support to users
Creating SAP issues in issue tracker
Follow-up with support vendor and ensure issue resolution as per SLAs

Master Data Management
Manage all master settings and configurations
Act as the single point for creation/updation/deletion of master data
Review Master Data create/update/delete request from key users in excel format and upload using DTW

MIS & Reporting
Create query reports
Create reports/dashboards/analysis in HANA
Generate periodic reports and share with respective stakeholders
Monitoring and reporting of exceptions

SAP Operations

Material requirement Planning (MRP)
Approvals
User training and support

Integration
Maintenance and L1 troubleshooting of SAP APIs
Ensure highest uptime of integration of SAP B1 with other applications

**EXPECTED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate shall be one who shall meet the below criteria.
Mandatory
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP B1 administration and support
Technical Skills
SAP Business One HANA
SAPA B1 Functional (Configurations, Rollouts)
SAP DTW
Reports, Queries, MIS
Microsoft Excel
Window and Linux OS and other Systems Software
Aptitude to learn newer software applications.

*Preferred *
HANA Analytics
Reporting Tools like Power BI
Managed Cloud Applications and Integration of Cloud and On-prem systems
Hardware Management (Servers, Desktops, Laptops)
Networking (Routers, Broadband, etc)
Good written communication skills
Worked with CRM applications and Mobile Apps
Experience of working in a manufacturing company in a similar role
