Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience working in HR, ideally 2+ years as a manager
- Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques
- Proficient in MS Office, Notion, Slack, Airtable, etc.
- You are comfortable in a fast paced REMOTE working environment where a lot of things need attention. You are able to prioritise and find the 20% that can give us 80% of the benefit
Duties and responsibilities
- Assisting our TA Manager with recruitment as and when required; Source, Screen, Interview, Hire
- Onboarding, offboarding, and adaptation of employees
- Define, implement, updat, and enforce HR policies
- Assist and manage all forms of documentation within and across teams, that enable cross-functional collaboration • Manage Performance Evaluation and Career development plans for employees. • Define, collect and review KPI’s and wrk with leadership
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and other reporting

- You will work closely with management to empower culture at Snaptrude
- This isn't a "run-of-the-mill "HR role; you'll have exposure to admin tasks, setting up HR policies, IT security, and much more!
- This will initally be a role focussed on execution, but you'll always have a say in defining and planning what culture and process management (and tracking) should look like, at a remote-first global company
- We have our team based out of 7 different countries (predominantly India and the US); so you will be expected to co-ordinate across multiple timezones
- We expect you to be curious and open to experimentation , but abve all, be passionate about helping set up one of the happiest companies in India!
