Gray Routes has an important role in working with customers to find what they want, creating solutions, ensuring a smooth sales process, and supporting, advising reputed clients. We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Associates who thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, and content marketing
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate BD manager for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory or channel
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline by geography, help prioritize and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects with doubt clarification
• Be a subject matter expert in Inside Sales helping sales/BD associates achieve and exceed their targets through lead allocation and prioritization
• Help reach the key markets and industry verticals we target for various services using local knowledge
• Help in developing lead generation and prioritization processes
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatorily in Inside sales
• BA/BS/BBA/BMS degree or equivalent
• Familiarity and working knowledge of
- Webex,
- GoToMeeting,
- CRM applications,
- Email and content marketing automation solutions like Marketo/Hubspot etc,
- Dealing with international customers, odd hours, flexible work environment
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are must
• Experience in defining and driving adoption of new processes is desirable

- Friendly, well-spoken, and ready to close the deal.
- Demonstrated intense customer focus, and key competencies and/or product knowledge

- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
- Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion
