Aasthy [aasthy.com] is disrupting the Real Estate investment domain by bringing data, technology, and social sentiments together. We do it with the help of more than 50 million data points, which help us find great investment assets and then fractionalize them to make real estate investment accessible to everyone. (Starting with ticket size of Rs. 5000)
Background:
As we move forward from founder-led sales into a more structured distribution pipeline with wealth managers, financial advisors, insurance distributors, portfolio managers and investment agents alike, we are looking for people who have managed one or more of these distribution channel and get the ball rolling on Day 1.
Designation: Business Development/ Strategic Alliances & Partnerships
KRA:
Acquire and manage Distribution partners selling/ advising financial products:
It includes but not limited to distribution Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s), Wealth/ Portfolio Managers, Stock brokers, National Distributors (ND’s), Insurance Distributors, Investment agents, Chartered Accountants etc. We are open to seek out to uncharted territories (Organized/ unorganized channels) and seek out any alliance or explore synergies within B2B space.End to end ownership of distributors:
Act as one point contact for these distributors – right from sourcing, empanelment, training, business closing - Full support can be expected from Cofounders and other teamsGarner month-on-month investments via these distributors as per the agreed metrics
Be open to host and travel to events/meetings as per partner requirements
Conduct channel partner events and engaging on new ideas.
Requirements:
- Strong connect and tie-ups with distributors from one or more channels mentioned above - Connects can be in a particular geography or pan India
- 2+ years of experience in selling financial products through B2B channel/ partnerships. HNI connect is a plus
- We are open to evaluate profiles with higher experience and levels, provided other requirements are met
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be very self-motivated.
- Ability to create a channel from scratch
Location: Candidate to be based out of Bangalore/ Mumbai (Preferred) but open for other locations. Distributors can be based out of PAN India.
