We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the Digital Marketing
Strategy plus its implementation to reach brand awareness, positioning
and sales.
We want someone who can join us to help share our message and bring
stories of craft from across the UK (and Europe) to life for our digital
audiences.
-This unpaid four-month internship will help gain real-life experience in
the fashion and sustainability industry.
-The Marketing Manager will be working in direct contact with the rest of
the team to ensure goals fulfilment.
-Reports directly to the Founder.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Design and execute the Digital Marketing Strategy and its implementation.
-Reach Brand Awareness, Positioning and Sales.
-Provide a luxury customer database (both B2C and B2B) on which to implement the
strategy.
-Collect quantitative and qualitative data and perform market analysis and research on
competition.
-Establish trustable and dynamic mechanisms to reach clients (Marketing automation, SEO,
SEM, Website optimization including Google Analytics/Adwords, CRM, Mailing, etc).
Social Media
-Creation of strong engaging content for social media (from brief to delivery), with
up-to-the minute understanding of best practice across each channel (own bank of videos
and photography available to work with).
-Maintenance of Allwina's active social media channels (including link in bio info, account
following, hashtag monitoring, copy editing and image/graphic design).
-Support with email marketing, blog, copywriting, pitch documents, wholesalers
catalogues, etc when needed.
-Manage suppliers, inside or outside the organisation, including media agencies when
needed.
Experience and Skills:
-Current enrollment in a related BS or Master's degree.
-Verifiable previous work experience.
-Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
-Graphic Design skills.
-Marketing industry and its best practices knowledge.
-Verifiable interest in fashion and sustainability.
-Good level of project management, organisational and time management skills.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).
-Graphic Media knowledge and contacts, specially directed towards luxury brands
and lifestyle.
-Photography and Photoshop skills are a plus (highly valuable if the candidate has
their own camera for content creation).
- Languages: English is required, Spanish is a plus.
