Business Development Manager

The purpose of the role is to delight learner drivers by making sure they can find their ideal driving instructor. In other words, you’ll be responsible for getting as many instructors signed up to the service as possible. This will take place primarily via telephone, email & social media. As the most senior new sales professional on the team, this is a great opportunity to own this role and eventually build your own sales team.

It is a great sell as you will be providing driving instructors with new business opportunities at no cost to them – this means that the objections you get will be minimal as it is a ‘why not?’ proposition for them.

The boring bit is done for you - we have already generated all of the data required for the driving instructors, so you will simply need to follow our established techniques and procedures in order to be successful in the role.
