Are you interested in joining one of the leading SaaS providers in travel tech? We are looking for an Account Manager for the UK market. We are working with big touristic operators who require our attention. In this role, you are the first contact for our existing and future clients in the UK, taking care of their needs.
You have the opportunity to greatly influence the growth of our company in UK and Ireland. You act as a trusted advisor and solution expert for our customers being their first point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining our UK portfolio of key accounts
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Being their point of contact for sales but also software solutioning topics
- Growing our UK revenue through upselling exisiting clients
- Identification of business opportunities with existing clients
- Coordinating after-sales followup
- Monitoring market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an account management role
- Likeable, dynamic and communicative personality
- Ability to negotiate rates and close deals with clients
- Self-motivated, proactive team player and enthusiastic person
- Excellent communications skills and used to work on a goal-driven basis
- If you have sold technologies before, that's a big plus.
- Experience in the travel industry / sightseeing is a plus
