The role:**
The Chronomics’ team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a sharp commercial builder to spearhead growth in the US market. The Director of Growth will focus on strategizing, sourcing, winning and launching new B2B2C clients and partners across our “bio-infrastructure” tech offerings in the US market. This will require an ability to connect across a broad range of industries including wellness, retail, tech, healthcare, corporate employers and lab networks.
This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with a range of departments and stakeholders both internally and externally (in Product, Science, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, Customer Experience and Legal), solving a range of diverse and challenging problems. From identifying, sizing and pitching growth opportunities, building relationships with senior executives at partners to driving new partnerships and bringing them to scale, you will be responsible for accelerating and optimising Chronomics revenue in its fastest growing market.
As a Director of Growth, you will be a key member of Chronomics commercial team, working directly alongside the founders and C-Suite, with huge opportunities for development and progression.

As our Director Of Growth, you will:
- Source, Land and Launch Large Bio-Infrastructure Deals (£5m pa)
- Refine strategy and go to market approach as the company grows
- Shape, hire and manage evolving commercial team
- Working in a cross-functional role with a range of teams and stakeholders both internally and externally (in Product, Science, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, Customer Experience and Legal), solving a range of diverse and challenging problems.
- Identifying, sizing and pitching growth opportunities, building relationships with senior executives to driving new partnerships and bringing them to scale.
- Responsible for accelerating and optimising Chronomics revenue in its fastest growing market.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Experience and talent for consultative business development; with an ability to be a trusted adviser for senior client executives, a content expert and a commercial architect designing large deals that create significant client value
- Experience in managing a team with purpose, excitement, drive and discipline to deliver on short term initiatives and inspire followership for the long term
- Proven track record of owning and delivering on key projects and workstreams end-to-end without need for much or any supervision
- Experience in fast moving, volatile environments where agility and flexibility is required daily
- Experience in strategically assessing a product at different layers of the stack to optimize value and create recurring revenue.
- Experience at partnering with and executing through corporate clients and partners by identifying opportunities to achieve joint value and subsequently understanding how to mobilize both organizations to achieve this.
