About Us:

Designerrs Acadamy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.

Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods, and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks, and alumni from NIDs and IITs.

Our 20K + Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such as Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths. With a vision to "Democratize Design Education", we are focused on creating the Next Million Designers and help them become better problem solvers.

Responsibilities:

1. Transform learning experiences through the learning assets and activities you develop.
2. Manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
3. Excellent content research and analytical skills to convert information and learner needs into performance-based, engaging, and practical training solutions
4. Collaborates with partners (Graphic Designers, Developers, Videographers) to create effective learning experiences
5. Works closely with clients to conduct working sessions and review sessions and to address needs and resolve issues as required
6. Creates design documents and storyboards for digital and non-digital learning assets for both online and classroom delivery
7. Interviews and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
8. Ensures overall quality assurance for learning assets (including content, instructional design, and functional reviews, as well as application of the brand, writing, and learning standards)
9. Gamifying Learning Experiences for various specializations around UI UX Design.
10. Develop visually and instructional sound storyboards for varied types of content and modes of delivery.
11. Designed and facilitate interactive learning experiences
12. Strategizing around new curriculums and opportunities as per market needs and requirement

Skills Required:

1. Interest in Product/ Curriculum/ Learning Experience Design and Management
2. Passionate about learning and utilizing Learning Science Principles
3. Managing day-to-day design direction for curriculums
4. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, UX/UI, and Marketing.
5. Effective Communicator with Good Writing Skills
