The Opportunity
People are our greatest asset and the Talent Acquisition team is on the frontlines of helping Abnormal Security scale with incredible new team members. We are seeking a Recruiting Intern to help University recruiting efforts for the 2022-2023 hiring season. You'll work closely with our Recruiting and Hiring leaders to drive and execute University hiring for Engineering, Product and Design, enabling Abnormal Security to meet its aggressive growth goals.
You’ll learn full cycle recruiting and hiring processes in depth, and drive the process which will contribute to an enhanced candidate experience. It will be important that you build strong relationships to collaborate with peers, business partners and key leaders to drive results for Talent Acquisition. As part of the recruiting team, you’ll have resources to get things done and define tactics to attract technical talent.

- Anticipate team needs, able to flex and stretch to meet changing business demands
- You default to action; taking initiative and follow-through is a must
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively
What you’ll do:
- Help execute new grad EPD hiring for 2022-2023
- Screening profiles and resumes
- Be proactive; actively engage with hiring managers, provide ongoing status of sourcing activities and candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing options.
- Communicate with the talent team on an on-going basis to identify and review requirements and responsiveness to organizational needs.
Experience you’ll need:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.
- Must be results oriented and have the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
