About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiting Lead who has strong closure skills and can independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious & startup-minded recruiter who wants to join an early team as a senior individual contributor and have a direct path towards recruiting management at a high growth company.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
- Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various software engineering roles
- Become an expert on the automotive, and autonomous systems industries
- Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
- Manage recruiting programs
- Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers (quick path to leadership)
We're looking for someone who has:
- 6+ years of experience
- Evidence of a fast growth trajectory at a reputable agency
- In-house recruiting experience
- Worked at a venture backed company
Nice to have:
- People management experience
- Early recruiting team experience
The salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
