Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Lead Developer to join us in shaping our product. This role will work closely with the engineering leadership to drive product delivery and lead a team of developers, ensuring we build a high-quality, scalable B2B SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development Leadership:

Work with leadership to define and deliver product features, ensuring business use cases are translated into high-quality, scalable code.
Lead and mentor a team of product engineers in end-to-end development.

Backend Development:

Design and implement robust APIs, services, and microservices to support product functionality.
Ensure efficient data flow between backend services and frontend applications.

Cloud & DevOps Expertise:

Manage cloud deployments on AWS, including PaaS, FaaS, and Kubernetes.
Apply DevOps principles to streamline the development and deployment process.
Frontend Development:

Build responsive and dynamic web applications using React or Angular.
Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Technology & Architecture:

Use JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python for backend and frontend development.
Work with relational databases like MySQL and non-relational databases like NoSQL.
Leverage Data Lakes, Data Science, and ML/AI to build innovative solutions.

Collaboration & Ownership:

Take ownership of product features from concept to deployment.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment by motivating your team and solving challenges proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience building B2B SaaS products or enterprise-grade web applications.
Strong background in backend development, with expertise in designing and implementing APIs and microservices.
Cloud deployment experience using AWS, including PaaS, FaaS, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.
3+ years experience working on cloud-based architectures and developing scalable solutions.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of React or Angular for frontend development.
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and experience working with MySQL, NoSQL, and Data Lakes.
A self-motivated leader with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
FinTech, investment tech, or financial services expertise is a strong plus.
