WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Cultivate an environment of genuine connection for our guests by leading the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Monitor day to day operations on the floor as it relates to the guest and employee experience by stepping in for support, providing direction to Experience Leads, and reporting any feedback or concerns.
- Build and maintain productive partnerships and relationships of trust with all members of leadership and staff.
- Develop, coach and mentor Experience Specialists and Experience Leads by setting clear objectives and expectations.
- Execute shift meetings that are well-planned, collaborative, educational and motivational.
- Facilitate thorough and engaging orientations and trainings during the new hire onboarding process, as well as participate in leading all-staff trainings
- Preserve existing brand standards established by the creative and corporate teams to ensure the highest possible quality of presentation and cleanliness.
- Participate in cross-training with the Tech team to build skills across departments, and step in for Facilities opening and closing procedures, if needed.
- Participate in all other projects and tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a demanding, high-volume environment with a large team.
- Must be detail-oriented, punctual and reliable.
- Must manage time effectively, exhibit strong problem-solving skills, work well with a team and exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- Must be inclusive and discerning.
- Must have experience in mediation and effective conflict resolution.
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
- Must have open availability (including holidays & weekends).
