TITLE: Custodial Manager
REPORTS TO: General Manager, Assistant General Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: Custodial Supervisor, Custodial Technicians

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee the Custodial department team and responsibilities by leading and inspiring team members to maintain a high level of standards in terms of cleanliness and visual presentation.
- Actively manage and delegate tasks to Custodial Technicians with the assistance of the Custodial Supervisor to ensure all essential functions of the job are met on a daily basis.
- Create individual development plans to facilitate team growth and establish an internal bench of high potential team members.
- Provide meaningful feedback by setting clear objectives and expectations to the Custodial Supervisor and Custodial Technicians.
- Execute shift meetings that are well-planned, collaborative, educational and motivational.
- Participate in cross-training with the Experience team to build skills across departments.
- Manage inventory of all cleaning supplies and tools and take responsibility for placing orders as needed.
- Partner with other department leaders (Facilities, Logistics, and Experience) as needed to accomplish projects and align on important updates.
- Participate in all other projects and tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
- Must have a strong knowledge and experience with cleaning products, tools, auto-scrubbs, and techniques.
- Must have experience in mediation and effective conflict resolution.
- Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
- Must be inclusive and discerning.
- Must be able to participate in all essential job functions, including lift/carry 50+ lbs.
- Must be flexible with tasks throughout the work day.
- Open availability is required (including weekends & holidays).
