TITLE: Logistics Manager
REPORTS TO: General Manager, Assistant General Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: Logistics Manager, Inventory Associates

WHO YOU ARE
An organized team leader with the ability to manage all inventory aspects of a high-volume environment, and lead a team to create an immersive, organized, and engaging experience for each guest on a daily basis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee all aspects of the venue relating to Logistics and ensure that proper levels of inventory are maintained such as: office supplies, installation materials, food/beverage, giveaway items, gift shop products, etc. to aid in a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold all inventory control procedures and practices by ensuring the Logistics Supervisor and Inventory Associates follow protocols correctly and consistently.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in the inventory systems, reporting feedback and concerns in reports and touchbases.
- Provide meaningful feedback, set clear expectations and goals, and create individual development plans to facilitate team growth and establish an internal bench of high potential team members.
- Screen job candidates and facilitate informative and professional interviews.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Oversee the preparation, packaging, and shipping of inventory from/to vendors, customers, and other Color Factory locations.
- Create sales reports while also establishing and updating weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Place orders for supplies as needed while remaining within budget and providing both short and long term insights to inventory needs.
- Execute shift meetings that are well-planned, collaborative, educational and motivational.
- Participate in all other projects and tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, and be able to delegate tasks in a direct and effective manner.
- Must have experience in mediation and effective conflict resolution.
- Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
- Must be inclusive and discerning.
- Must be able to participate in all essential job functions, including lift/carry 50+ lbs.
- Must be flexible with tasks throughout the work day.
- Open availability is required (including weekends & holidays).
