About the job
The Opportunity:
As the People Success Partner, you will partner collaboratively with the People Team and internal stakeholders to own employee relations and team culture to create a world-class employee experience. You will have your own internal teams in which you will be responsible for all employee questions and working directly with leaders from this group to manage performance, promotions and help develop solutions by providing both strategic input and hands-on support for our employee experience initiatives. This role will report to the People Success Team Lead and work cross-functionally with the People Team, and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations concerns, questions, and guidance across your assigned teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned team(s) around talent issues they are facing, including role design, career development, compensation, management & leadership mentoring, change management, and in ways to grow and scale.
- Become an expert on our people processes, policies, employee resources and systems and help us maintain and consolidate employee resources.
- Assist with the development and training of People systems, programs, policies and procedures by helping to create and maintain materials which help to effectively communicate to employees and leaders on your assigned teams.
- Guide teams through processes and programs, including performance management and compensation reviews, headcount planning & organization management, and talent & succession planning.
- Identify trends and themes across the team and recommend modifications to existing People programs and processes or, in some cases, the creation of new ones.
- Be a champion and advocate of our mission, values and culture by fostering values-driven solutions.
- Help identify new opportunities for People Team initiatives through data, analytics, insights, and design thinking.
Experience you’ll need:
- 5-8+ years of relevant People Operations or Human Resources experience or similar role.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment with constant change.
- Demonstrated understanding of People Operations practices and compliance.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to effectively handle and protect sensitive and confidential company information.
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent relational skills for building trust and motivating change with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Must have strong computer skills, including GSuite, Rippling, Greenhouse, Zoom and Microsoft Office.
- Big Plus: previous experience working with large engineering teams.
