We are looking for an ambitious and creative Chief Designer to join Elevate.AI.
You will be the first design executive working directly with the CEO, CTO, CMO, CPO and Chief AI.
You will be part of the management team actively working together across multiple departments. As the Chief Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the company's visual identity and the product's development process, from creating the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels.
You’ll be working with Engineers, AI Data Scientists, Designers, UX Researchers, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to create delightful user experiences.
As the Chief Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the experience of our Customers in our growing ecosystem.

We are an AI software company focused on emotions.
Our foundation is unbiased AI and privacy.
Our vision is to be a big data company providing insights from emotional intelligence.
Our emotion AI products run on the edge: Mobile, Web & Desktop.
Our Saas Backend product provides big data analytics insights. It runs on AWS. It is at MVP (pre-revenue) stage.

We are generating revenues with the sales of Emotion AI SDKs with Apps & Game developers.
We are in advanced conversation to deploy pilots with EdTech companies and Video platforms.
The problem we solve for them is to help understand people’s emotional state & take better decisions, with emotional intelligence (EQ).
More specifically, the EdTech problem is to keep students engaged, to prevent loss of motivation and to measure Professors’ performances in the virtual classroom.
We signed NDAs with a major Call Center & with Zoom.

Our unique compensation package includes founders shares: a % of equity in our company, offering you a stake in our vision. The % depends on your role, experience and performance. It ranges from 2% to 4%, vesting over 4 years for a full time role.
None of the leadership is taking a salary until we lift off and we expect the same from you. No guts no glory!
We ask for a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. Furthermore, upon the anticipated closing of our fundraising round within the next 6-8 months or when our sales generate sufficient cash flow, you can expect not only revenue share but also a competitive salary. Requirements
7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product design, UX/UI, visual identity or related roles.
Degree in graphic, product, or industry design.
Fluency in English communication (written and speaking).
Research and data-driven background in UX & UI.
Strong consumer-focused sense of aesthetic.
Thorough understanding of core software development principles and computational concepts.
Demonstrated experience in Enterprise B2B / SaaS systems.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in agile technology organizations.
Strong understanding of features and technology that impact customer experience.
Experience with Design Thinking, Jobs To Be Done, or similar methodologies preferred.
Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Sharp customer-driven business acumen.
Leadership and initiative to own problem sets and work them through to resolution.
Proven experience with analyzing data and using structured problem-solving to make decisions that uncover the next steps of a solution.
Ability to manage ambiguity, build consensus toward solutions, and defend a chosen strategy to various stakeholders.
Experience with SaaS solutions for education, healthcare and/or marketing is desired.

HTML, CSS.
Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches, prototypes, and wireframes.
Excellent analytics skills to leverage data, metrics, and consumer behavior trends.

Responsibilities
You will elevate our company’s visual presence online by providing brand guidelines for our website, apps, presentation decks, etc.
You will be leading all design activities from planning to execution and continuous iterations to improve quality and user experience.
Design human-centric design solutions.
Co-create a design-centric strategy for the platform experience.
Advocate for the ultimate user experience.
Contribute to product vision and product releases.
Communicate product design concepts through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
Analyze marketing data and user feedback to continued improve design strategy
Propose data-driven design initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads.
Evaluate and validate product’ usability on a regular basis with users, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and deploy brand awareness and optimize growth through all channels.
Represent Elevate.AI in industry conferences, news channels, webinars, and online events.
Promote innovative ideas, sharing experience, and lead the design team.
Compensation Package
The leadership team members are not taking salaries until we close our funding round.
Your package is founder equity to be negotiated in the mentioned bracket.
Salary will be defined at the closing of the fund-raising round or when sales generate sufficient cash flow to pay a salary. It will be compatible with market salaries for companies in similar space & stage.
No paycheck till then. Half – time is OK in this phase.
