Key Responsibilities:
- Be a thought partner to the Customer Success Manager and help clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Assist the Customer Success Manager in handling both client and consumer escalations.
- Represent the voice of clients across the company, especially in collaboration with product teams.
- Own and manage research projects to bring new growth strategies to the table.
Qualifications:
- Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree during the time of the internship (or recently graduated)
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- A strong interest in customer service and technology
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of working with different browsers and other related web-based technologies
