Position Overview:
The Senior Client Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of key business clients, ranging from mid-sized enterprises to large, multi-location organizations. This role involves strategic client engagement, system implementation, and driving account renewals in a fast-paced, start-up environment. A successful candidate will have deep experience managing B2B SaaS software clients and be comfortable building processes from scratch. Subject matter expertise in senior living and contract food service is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of medium to enterprise-sized clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and success throughout the client lifecycle.
Lead system implementation, configuration, and software integrations in collaboration with clients’ internal teams.
Develop and improve scalable processes for client management to foster strong relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure client satisfaction.
Leverage tools like HubSpot to manage client communications, monitor account health, and track renewals.
Identify and address client needs through strategic planning and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) to align software solutions with client objectives.
Drive account expansion, renewals, and contract extensions by ensuring measurable outcomes for clients.
Provide strategic insights and feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and emerging industry trends.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS clients, preferably in medium to enterprise environments.
Proven success in system implementation and software integrations with large accounts.
Experience working in start-up or high-growth environments, with a focus on building processes and frameworks from scratch.
Industry expertise in senior living or contract food service management is a significant plus.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for client management and engagement tracking.
Strong background in account configuration and strategic planning to align software capabilities with business goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client challenges and driving success.
