We are a pre-seed stage startup currently looking for a full- or part-time business professional for management/operations to add to our team.
We would like to boost our business development and fundraising.
Fundraising is the immediate focus.
Successful collaboration as a success-based compensation contractor paves a path to a permanent position.

Criteria:

• track record in relevant field (successful fundraising, Business Development in a compatible startup.)
• "fundability;"
• established connections and/or public image

We are in the process of applying for governmental grants and negotiations with investors.
Equity schedule - at present.
Full-time salaried position - as soon as we secure an adequate funding.

A merit- and value-based promotion to management/exec position would be implied.
