Director of Operations

Oversee the business operations of a startup revolutionizing how people learn.

Commitment: Full-Time

Location: Remote (New York, Texas, Arizona, Missouri preferred)

What You’ll Do

Pixorize was founded to take on one of humanity's greatest puzzles: cognition. Today, we build products used by thousands of students to improve memory, with the ultimate goal of exceeding our biological limits.

In this role, you will oversee various functions enabling the rapid growth of our startup, including:

• finances, including managing accounts and preparing financial reports to enable strategic investment of our startup's resources
• people and culture, including sourcing and recruiting of key hires, onboarding of new team members, contributing to our startup’s unique culture, and expanding employee benefits.
• legal compliance, including state and federal filings and registrations to hire in new states.

Minimum Eligibility

• 2+ years of work experience, ideally in business, operations, HR, or finance-related disciplines
• Organizational and time management skills, since you will be managing multiple operational functions with changing priorities
• Verbal and written communication skills, since this role requires tact in communications with various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a human-oriented field (e.g. business, communications, or psychology) or Masters in Business Administration
