We are revolutionizing early education (k-1, segment) in India. We are a legacy brand operating since 2013. We are now reinventing ourselves with a brand transformation.

This job does not have a Job description but,

Founder DNA is a must! Understanding the root cause and be willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into solutions and execution and be highly motivated by the scope of creating something new and setting up from scratch.
You'll work closely with the CEO and the rest of the senior team, and help them solve problems across business verticals
Copy and content creation skills are a bonus.
1 years+ experience of running your startup or 2 years of experience in a startup is good to have.
Confident, structured, and incredibly passionate individuals who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion.
Inquisitive personalities with exceptional analytical skills and a strong desire to learn and do not shy away from driving execution.

Note, we are a hyper-growth early-stage startup. Getting in early= Too much work for not soo much money. But, generous equity for getting in early.

Also, we are based in HSR Layout, Bangalore and you are required to work in the office.
