About the role:
Lucidity.cloud is currently looking for our first Developer Evangelist to manage, and grow the Lucidity developer community from the ground up. You will be the ambassador for Lucidity in the developer community and will serve as the voice of the developer for our product and engineering teams, translating feedback into features. You will be responsible for both our developer outreach and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and cultivate the development of Lucidity’s developer community
- Connect with developers to share Lucidity knowledge and bring back feedback from the community to the product and engineering team
- Create developer facing documentation, tutorials, and guides for Lucidity’s marketing efforts
- Partner with the product and engineering team to create demos and other marketing materials
- Engage directly with our developer community and existing clients to understand problems and translate that into a content roadmap
- Speak at meetups, and other online events to demonstrate the company’s product when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Have a technical background and fluency in Infrastructure or Databases preferred
- Experience working in developer relations, developer advocacy, developer evangelism, or developer marketing
- You enjoy writing and have experience developing resources to support a developer platform (i.e. documentation, tutorials, quick starts, repurposed articles)
- Desire and experience building and engaging with a developer community both virtually and in-person (when possible)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Work experience with social media preferred but not required
